Returns Policy

We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase from Northwest Spares. If you are not happy with your item, you may return it within 14 days of delivery.

Returned items must be in their original condition — unused, undamaged, and in their original packaging.

If the return is due to an error on our part or a faulty product, we will cover the cost of return postage. If the item is being returned for any other reason (for example, you changed your mind or ordered the wrong part), the buyer is responsible for return postage costs.

We recommend using a tracked postal service for any returns to ensure safe delivery. Refunds are processed once the item has been received and inspected.

How to Return an Item

To arrange a return, please contact us using the contact form on our website and include your order number, the item you wish to return, and the reason for return. We will respond with return instructions.

Delivery Information

All orders are dispatched Monday to Friday (excluding bank holidays). Orders placed before 2pm are usually dispatched the same day.

Delivery Rates

Royal Mail 48 (Tracked): Usually delivered within 2–3 business days. Order before 2pm for same day dispatch (Mon–Fri). £4.50

Royal Mail 24 (Tracked): Usually delivered within 1–2 business days. Order before 2pm for same day dispatch (Mon–Fri). £6.50

Royal Mail Next Day by 1pm: Guaranteed next working day delivery by 1pm. Order before 2pm (Mon–Thu). £9.50

Heavier Items: Springs, electric door operators, door gear, link arms, and motors are charged at a flat rate of £6.99.

Dispatch & Tracking

All orders are sent using tracked delivery services. A tracking link will be provided once your order has been dispatched.

Delivery Times

Delivery times are estimates provided by Royal Mail and may vary due to postal delays or during busy periods. Please allow additional time for deliveries during weekends and public holidays.

Non-Delivery or Damaged Items

If your order has not arrived within the expected delivery window or arrives damaged, please contact us as soon as possible so we can resolve the issue promptly.
